A portion of proceeds go to benefit the local fire departments, the color of cancer charity, and the local municipalities to Chesapeake Bay.

When is the Chesapeake Bay Balloon Festival?

• Friday, Aug. 5, 2022: 2pm – 10pm (balloons scheduled to lift off at 6:00 pm)
• Saturday, Aug. 6: 5:45am – 10pm (balloons scheduled to lift off at 7:10 am & 6:00 pm)
• Sunday, August 7: 5:45am – 10pm (balloons scheduled to lift off at 7:10 am & 6:00 pm)

Balloon ascensions and rides are wind and weather permitting.
