I can’t speak more highly of my experience with Lancaster Balloon Rides (operated by The US Hot Air Balloon Team). I scheduled a private hot air balloon flight for a special family event. The company responded to my calls and emails almost immediately, making scheduling quick and simple. They sent a packet of all the information we could have needed in preparation for our flight. The day of, we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather. Our pilot, Kyle, was knowledgeable, friendly, and positive throughout the whole experience. They even had a champagne toast with cheese and crackers afterward! Our hot air balloon ride was truly a memory for the books.
Highly recommend and will most likely be coming back for another ride in the future!
