Hot Air Balloon Proposal

My experience with Lancaster Balloon Rides (operated by The US Hot Air Balloon Team) was amazing from the second they answered the phone. I got Kyle Laxton on the phone when I first called and he did everything from there until our Champagne toast after we landed. I was planning a proposal to my now fiance weeks in advance and Kyle was so much help from the get go. I talked to other staff here and there at the office and everyone was a pleasure to work with. Our ride was the first time for all 5 passengers and it will not be our last. Kyle’s crew that day was also extremely friendly, courteous, polite and professional. Kyle also put up with my non-stop questions about planning the proposal for several weeks along with a back up plan. Their equipment was also clean, in good shape and never felt unsafe in anyways. They also made the ride fun and unbelievably relaxing. I would recommend Lancaster Balloon Rides to anyone that is looking for their first or tenth ride. We can’t wait to go again. Thank you!
