Before You Fly - Things To Know
- For all flights, passengers must call our weather hotline 2 hours before their scheduled launch time to confirm flight status. 800-723-5884
- All flights are $1.00 down per order! This is all that is charged before your flight, the rest is collected by your pilot via cash or credit card after the flight.
- If you have previously scheduled with us and been canceled due to weather or have a Gift Certificate, you can either pay the $1.00 fee to book online or call or email our office (orders@ushotairballoon.com) to schedule.
- For all flights, passengers must call our weather hotline 2 hours before their scheduled launch time to confirm flight status.
- Customers can change or cancel their flights on their own in our online portal up to 72 hours in advance on their own.
